What documentation is required?
Identity card, valid driving licence and credit card. If there are additional drivers, they must present their ID and driving licence.
Can I pay with a debit card or cash?
Yes, we accept credit cards whose holder is listed as a driver in the contract.
Can I pay with a credit card that does not correspond to the driver of the vehicle?
Yes. Provided you are included as an additional driver.
How can I book the vehicle?
In order to formalize the reservation it is necessary to send to the mail firstname.lastname@example.org the documentation requested for the confirmation of the reservation, 30% of the budgeted total will be charged to your credit card. On the day the vehicle is collected, the rest will be paid either in cash or by credit card as well as the deposit corresponding to the type of vehicle.
Cancellation of the Booking
Can I cancel my booking?
In case of cancellation of the booking 10 days before the service there will be no cancellation charges. Up to 3 days before the reservation the expenses will be 30%. Within 3 days of the date of the service the expenses will be 100%.
What is not covered by the insurance included in the booking price?
The price includes rental and CDW insurance (obligatory for third parties) and Comprehensive Insurance with excess depending on the group of the vehicle.
Not included: Loss, theft or damage to keys, triangles and/or vests. Damage to the underside or roof of the vehicle. Damage to the axle or rims. Cost of the crane if it is the fault of the driver. Damage to the Navigator, radio-CD Fill up with the wrong type of fuel. Damage to glass or windscreen. Damage to locks. Damage to upholstery or extreme dirt. Damage to tyres and/or punctures. Theft or loss of vehicle parts. Incorrect use of the clutch. Negligent driving. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Non-fulfillment of contract.

What does the booking price include?
Includes vehicle rental, comprehensive insurance with excess according to vehicle group and VAT.
What is needed for the booking?
You must be over 25 years old and under 75 years old as well as have a driving license with more than 2 years old.
Can I drive the vehicle out of Spain or to the islands?
No. It is necessary express authorization on our part to be able to move the vehicle out of Spain.
Who can drive the vehicle?
Only persons authorized in the contract. You can authorize drivers to use the vehicle at no additional cost.
